Chloé Bick

Long before Chloé knew she could be a fashion designer, she was already drawing clothes. As a little girl, she filled pages with princesses wearing enormous dresses. The skirts were as large as the page would allow, swelling dramatically from the waist until there was barely a curve left between the hip and the hem. The bigger, the better. Even then, there was something instinctive about the way she approached beauty. A childhood nickname, Né echoes the heart of Chloé’s imaginative designs.

Attention to detail grew in her adulthood, fostering a deep respect for craftsmanship, and a desire to make beautiful things. Following college graduation, uncertainty and curiosity lead Chloé back to her sketches. Slowly, she began teaching herself pattern making, studying fabrics, refining her construction skills, and learning how to translate the exaggerated silhouettes of her imagination into garments that could exist in the real world.

She has been a full time seamstress for two years, always evolving and finding wonder within her studio. Custom garments have been a staple for her clients, recently expanding to include bridal work following the design and construction of her debut bridal gown.

Looking back, Chloé can see that the designer was there long before she knew. She was in the little girl drawing princesses with skirts too enormous for the page, the eleven-year-old sewing costumes beside her grandmother, and the young woman who kept returning to her sketches.

Today, NÉ exists as a growing collection of original garments alongside the opportunity to create custom pieces for the individual. Each piece is an extension of the same belief that has followed Chloé since childhood:

Clothing can be a place for imagination, beauty, and wonder to take shape.

We're here to create something timeless. With a blend of creativity, meticulous detail, and heart, we help imagination come to life.
